and Mr Baron is 77 weeks old!

Baron has been so good with the baby that we decided to get him another Lou Seal at the ball park. We weren't too sure if he would take to it, but he did instantly. He was so excited to see the new Lou Seal, he took it and ran to bed. He now plays with them and loves them both equally.

11 weeks old!

my favorite pic this week!

Darren is already 11 weeks old. He is almost 12 pounds now and growing perfect for his age. Although he seems to hate tummy time, he holds his head up pretty well these days and for longer and longer periods of time too.

Tim goes back to work this week, but our schedules work out so little man will be with each Grandma one day a week and with us the rest of the time. I know the Grandmas have been looking forward to spending the extra time with him and he couldn't be in better hands!

10 weeks old

Darren is ten weeks old! The only thing really new this week is that I went back to work =( but Darren has been having a good time at home with Daddy. Tim will be home with Darren for a couple weeks as part of his paternity/family bonding time. Being back at work was rough the first couple days, but it makes me really appreciate the time I do have with him.

Easter Dinner

This Easter dinner marks the first holiday that me and Tim have ever hosted. I think it went very well, we were joined by both sets of Grandparents, my little bro and Uncle Peter. Tim did most of the cooking and was so excited to finally host something. Hope everyone had a great Easter, we sure did!

Already has his name in the papers!

On tuesday while we were at opening day a reporter approached us to find out why we were there. We told her that we wanted to bring our son to his first game and hoped to start a tradition to take him to every opening day. She talked to us for awhile and and took down our names. Later that night we saw her article on The San Francisco Chronicles website and we were not mentioned. Well the next day my mom called us to let us know that we did make the paper, we were so excited to get Darren's name mentioned in the paper, it's a really cute little blurb too. Check it out if you have time, and of course me and Tim drove around to like ten different places last night so we have tons of copies. here's the link http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2009/04/08/MNQI16UI92.DTL

2 months old!

Darren is 2 months old today. The time has gone by so fast I can hardly believe it. He weighs a little over ten pounds now and sadly starting to outgrow some of his newborn outfits. Here are some of my favorite pictures taken this week.

Opening Day 2009

Darren enjoyed his first Giants game today. It was the Giants home opener against the Brewers and the reigning Cy young winner Timmy Lincecum was the starting pitcher. Darren did very well at the game, he seemed to really enjoy the noise of the crowd and looking up at all the lights. The Giants went on to defeat the Brewers 10 to 6. So far Darren is good luck for the Giants as they are undefeated for the season =)

Mommy and Darren Yoga

Today Darren and I went to "Little Bean Yoga" a yoga class that is meant for moms with new babies. Darren did pretty well in class, probably because Casey, the instructor, held him most of the time. Casey also works at Trader Joe's and that's how we found out about this awesome class. He fussed a little off and on but all in all not too bad, we'll definitely be there next week!
