Yesterday Baron got some extra love from Darren. Darren always acknowledges him and plays with him sometimes and definitely feeds him everyday (not always dog food) but yesterday was extra special. All throughout the day dare kept coming back to him, hugging him and telling him he was a good dog and that he loved him, so so sweet.

cousin time at the park
Julie, Ron , Lily, Emma and Connor were down this past weekend to celebrate Grammy's birthday with all of us, which means COUSIN TIME!!! All the kids had so much fun together and soon baby Connor will be right there in the mix with them.
We had a great day at the park with Grammy Pops and Aunt Jan and had a yummy family dinner that night with the whole gang, Happy Birthday Grammy!

Darren's first Warriors game
Last night Dare went to his first Warriors game! He did great (even though when G.Ma came over to watch Braden he didn't want to go) he loved eating nachos and I would say his favorite part of the game is when they played The Party Rock Song! We did a lot of walking around and actually found a lot of kid friendly things to do around the stadium that I had never noticed before or never really had a reason to notice before :)

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
We ended our birthday celebration with a last minute trip to the Boardwalk. Cloudy but not cold, can't really ask for more. The boys both did super and loved all the games. Darren was brave enough to ride three rides and really liked it this time. Daddy even won a Giant Minion from the movie Despicable Me, that Darren happens to adore these days. A great family day!
We celebrated Darren's birthday with family this past weekend and unfortunately I lost about half the pictures I took, so sorry if not everyone made the blog =(
We had a great time with family and thank you so much to everyone for being here to celebrate with us.
Darren was so excited for his cake since he had helped me make it the night before, when he finally did get to dig in, he only ate the frosting and made a huge mess doing it too! Gotta love it!
Chuck E Cheese
On Wednesday, Dare's actual birthday, just the four of us went out to celebrate at Chuck E Cheese. Both boys had a great time playing games and playing everywhere! Both really enjoyed all the characters singing up front and Braden just kept going back to them. Once home, we opened gifts and had cupcakes, a great night.
