Today we went to my sister and Dan's new place for Dan's birthday. We hardly ever get out their way so it was a nice change of pace. Another nice day of BBQ and family!

San Jose Giants

We had free tickets from my work to the San Jose Giants Game last night and had a lot of fun. Tim got a free San Jose Giants hat and we had free BBQ too!

Darren is six months old today! We took him this morning to get his six month portraits done and I will post them in a couple days, they turned out so cute.
He is becoming more active lately and is interested in everything around him. He has just started sitting up on his own for a very short time and I think will master it by months end.
He has had a busy six months: five baseball games, a plane ride to Arizona, a trip to the beach. Whats in store for the next six months?

Carrots!!!

We tried food for the first time today! Darren loved the carrots and even cried for more when he was done. He was a little surprised that it wasn't cereal he was eating, but after the first initial confusion he loved every bite!

a sneak preview

Here is a sneak preview of our other vacation pics. We went to the boardwalk and to The Monterey Bay Aquarium too. Unfortunately our camera stopped working right after The Mystery Spot so I am waiting to get pictures from the other cameras on the trip. Hmmmm, our camera broke right after The Mystery Spot......it's a mystery!

??The Mystery Spot??

Our mini vacation started yesterday morning at The Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz. We went with Ron, Julie, Lily, Emma, Uncle Peter, Jerry and Maureen. We have always seen the bumper stickers but had never been. It was interesting, I still don't really know whats going on there but something definitely is. The gravity is off there or something......it's a mystery.
