quick trip
Me, Kim and the boys went up to Fort Bragg on Saturday for a quick day trip to visit my Grandpa. It was the first time we have been back since my Grandma passed away and really wanted to check in on everyone there. We also got to meet my Uncle Chris's beautiful baby Anthony for the first time who was born at the beginning of the year.
The boys like always had a great time with Grandpa playing in the fields and exploring the property. They even played on an old truck in the field that Darren thought was Mater from the Cars movies!
Darren did not want to leave which I thought was so sweet and I explained to him we would be back soon.
Big boy beds!
About 2 weeks ago Mr. Braden started hopping right out of his crib, after two times I decided it was big boy bed time! Braden moved to Dare's toddler bed and Darren got a new bed and on top of that switched them to their own rooms. I wasn't sure about having they're own rooms because I thought they wouldn't play together anymore, I was wrong now they just follow each other from room to room. We are now about a week and a halkf into our room/bed switch and so far so good, I really think they like it.
Jaxson's baptism
My beautiful godson Jaxson was baptized a couple weeks ago. It was a gorgeous day and we are so happy to have him in our lives. I know my boys are going to get into so much trouble with him :)

Easter 2012
We had a nice breakfast and then out for the eggs! The boys stood by the back door anxious and both had a great time filling up their baskets when they were let loose.
coloring Easter eggs
This has been the best year yet coloring eggs and we actually only broke one this year! Braden watched while Daddy and D colored eggs. Dare was so careful with everything and the only spill we had was when Daddy knocked over the whole cup of blue dye =) He was excited to see if the eggs were still in the refrigerator the next morning of if the Easter bunny had hid them at Grammy and Pops house like we told him.
